LPT – If you’re having trouble getting into, and sticking with, a regular workout routine, try keeping a workout diary. I saw this tip a few years ago, and it worked so well for me I thought I’d pass it along now. Create a journal/diary of your workouts, recording sets/reps, weight, time, anything you felt good or bad during the workout, anything you want. Just get into the habit of committing to a certain number of workouts per week, and to writing them down. I …
