How can I get more work I’m trying to find companies to get on their books. I’m a photographer by trade but work is dry at the moment. How do you get into companies’ view? How exactly does 401k work? I’ve just been curious. So I know companies do matching up to 6% or so. But those matching funds require vesting, idk maybe 2 or3 years. If you leave they take them back. But isnt the 401k a brokerage account? The money is used to buy some combination of stocks and bonds. Due to this the value of the account can fluctuate. So I don’t get it. So …
