Video tripods for heavy lenses?

Video tripods for heavy lenses? I am very curious if the standard video tripod, with legs made up of several carbon tubes would work just as well for stills. I can believe it would be more heavy, but would it be more stable and stronger? If I’m buying a carbon tripod used, is there any reason to not consider these? submitted by /u/Seeking_Sooth
