Am I cool toned? I currently have a tan. I am very fair skinned. I noticed some makeup looks too “yellow” on me. Does that mean I need foundation with cool undertones? I am doing cool toned eyeshadows wrong? So I’m cool toned and very very pale, like that between the ears and the cheeks you can see my veins, and I wear pretty much always wear pink or lavender eyeshadow.
