Wrong surname Norwegian Booked a Norwegian plane ticket through a bureau but we inserted a surname without the last part of it. Smith-Jones was typed in as Smith. Would that prevent us from flying? Turkish airlines- umlaut in surname Hello i booked tickets through turkish airlines, and we have an umlaut in our surname Ö. Their system changed our umlaut to a simply O(not OE) .
