A Philippine-Thai Spread I did a few weeks ago on Father’s Day. Cucumber and tomato salads, pineapple coleslaw, pork Tocino, spring rolls, Thai Style tenderstem and also Thai-Style grilled langoustines and baked Tahong (mussels).
