Stairwell wall and banister Just refinished my stairwell with hardwood hickory and white walls. The chandelier is being changed out next. Two questions: Is the stairwell wall too empty? Any suggestions on the banister? It’s an old (70’s) oak and pine, dark stained banister. It would be almost impossible to sand&stain in-position and if I’m taking it out… It’s probably no…
