waterline eyeliner smudging Hey, my waterline eyeliner will smudge throughout the day and I don’t know how to fix it 🥲 I have to touch it up multiple times a day. How to stop mascara from smudging under eyes?? I’ve run out of ideas. I’ve tried waterproof and tubing mascaras, and they haven’t helped. How can I prevent my eyebrows from smudging? I shave off my eyebrows completely and draw them on thin, and they end up coming off halfway thru the day Ive used the Nyx eyebrow pencil and ive used the goof proof brow pencil and i wanna keep using nyx because of the price If i draw them on and use setting powder will they stay on? submitted by /u/pinkrevolution1
