Aside from the Leno/Letterman and Leno/Conan “Tonight Show” fiascos, the single biggest mistake any network has made regarding late night TV, was Comedy Central’s failure to lock down John Oliver to succeed Jon Stewart as host of “The Daily Show” Its hard to believe as I write this, it has been almost a decade since “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” and “The Colbert Report” went of the air. For a decade, I gladly allowed these two legendary comedy shows to take an hour of my time every week night. Not only were they wildly hilarious, but because they were so damn FUNNY, people not super…

Which is the most newsworthy morning show?

Which is the most newsworthy morning show? I used to watch the CBS morning show before they changed the format. The content was more centered on the news. Now it’s a lot more fluff, Oprah, shopping, etc. Is there a morning show that is more newsworthy? I don’t mind the occasional lifestyle piece. submitted by /u/Mona_G

“Snowfall” is a criminally underrated show.

“Snowfall” is a criminally underrated show. I watched and finished it for the first time a few months ago, and I’m still impacted by it. We need more shows without happy endings. A lot of very powerful yet heartbreaking lessons learned throughout this show, but especially in the final season. It was a 10/10 for me. FX rarely disappoints. submitted by /u/ImariP123

When was the last time a TV show truly shocked you?

When was the last time a TV show truly shocked you? Maybe I don’t watch enough TV, but nothing really shocks me anymore. The last time I was genuinely shocked when watching TV was when the Earth queen was killed in the legend of Korra. Looking back now, it’s still shocking, but especially seeing her be killed as a kid shook me to my core. What about you? submitted by /u/JasonToddsSidepiece…
