Online vs Reseller price I have an online shop which sells an art kit product for 45€ which costs 15€ to produce. I would like to sell this product also at different art shops. Some Vendors Charging Me Sales Tax as a Reseller I only have Nexus in my home state and am a reseller. Some vendors (I have dozens) ask me for proof of tax exemption in particular states they have Nexus in, etc. Other vendors use my New York Sales Cert for entire country. My question is: if I don’t have Nexus in a state what would I be filling out in order to prove or receive exemption? Thanks…
