Why do my phone photos have lines in the sky?

Why do my phone photos have lines in the sky? Hi all, I’m taking Raw photos with my phone (the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro) and sometimes I find that, when processing them in Lightroom for Android, I see a grid of lines in the sky. I’ve attached an example to this post. I shot in Raw, imported into Lightroom, set Dehaze to +71 (I know this is high, but it clearly shows the problem), and export…

Phone – why does it create this effect?

Phone – why does it create this effect? All four photos taken in a 2 minute timespan. As you can see in the first three it appears to create this glow – is it to do with it trying to balance the dark and the light? I’m not sure of the cause of this “effect” but it winds up looking like an odd filter to me. Especially as he isn’t a brown dog, he’s purely grey with a fleck of white Phon…

LPT: If you need to need to get ahold of a member of your household whose phone isn’t working, and you know they’re near a computer with Spotify logged into the same account as your phone, you can use Spotify to contact them. Just use your Spotify app to set their computer as the playing device, crank the volume, and play a song like “Call Me” by Blondie, possibly alternating with a song that has your name in it. People who have had their wallet or phone pickpocketed/stolen – what’s your story? I’ve just been reading a thread about Barcelona and a few people said they had wallets or phones stolen – but didn’t describe the circumstances. It got me wondering about how save the precautions I take are. Maybe I’m just lucky? What’s your story? submitted by /u/Antoine-Antoinette
