How much am I supposed to invest?? 2+million in bank, want to be somewhat conservative in investments but am retired so also need to survive with that money. What percentage should I save vs invest? My financial advisor wants me to keep 90%+ in stocks, the rest in savings account. I don’t feel like he’s looking out for my best interest tho. That doesn’t sound like a safe thing. T…

Streamlining content. How much is to much Hey guys. If you were going to follow someone on socials, and they posted content such as fashion, at skate parks as well as on trains, would you not follow them because it’s not just the 1 location/vibe? I spend a lot of time in both areas, and are looking to grow my socials by streamlining down a bit. Currently super random and no growth.Thank…

Severance: Way Too Much Filler? Does anyone else feel like the show is moving at a snail’s pace and is way, way too vague about central plot points? I mean, how long can they milk the idea of not answering questions about core concepts? We’re three episodes into season 2 and we still don’t have the faintest idea about so, so much. submitted by /u/IndolentExuberance

Starting Out – Is £40/Month Too Much or Worth It? Hey everyone! 👋 I’m just starting out in wedding photography and want to set up a solid backend for managing clients. Right now, I’m considering using: 📌 Dubsado (CRM for contracts, invoices, scheduling) – £16-£33/month 📌 Pic-Time (Client Galleries & Print Sales) – £7-£21/month 📌 Showit (Website Builder) – £16-£29/month Altogether, that would co…

Saved By the Bell the Reboot is so much better than it should be

Saved By the Bell the Reboot is so much better than it should be Hey! Born in 1983 and grew up watching Saved by The Bell in syndication. A lot. The trend of watching tv continued for me and as I matured, so did my taste. I loved My So-Called Life and would often defend my decision to watch it over Friends, however in later years stand by that choice as Friends became very watched for me in syndication. But M…

How much travel is too much?

How much travel is too much? I travel a lot for work. I started my job earlier last year and so far, it’s been staying at home roughly 3 weeks to a month, then traveling for 1 month up to 1 month and a half. Longest trip was just under 2 months. Food and transportation expenses (both flights and transportation on job site) are paid, but when you’re traveling alone, things …

The Blacklist had so much potential.

The Blacklist had so much potential. I feel like it could have been in the same lines as The Shield/ Breaking bad if the showrunners just played it a little smart. James Spader is amazing as red, the criminal of the week are usually fantastic, and we see a glimpse into the larger picture at play. I do wish the creators did not rug pull and flip flop every other episode. Agent Keen …

Im watching the first episode of crazy ex girlfriend and it’s already so much fun and quirky. Why don’t shows ever have this much fun and oomph anymore?

Im watching the first episode of crazy ex girlfriend and it’s already so much fun and quirky. Why don’t shows ever have this much fun and oomph anymore? Most shows are super serious and depressing or just boring (there’s a couple exceptions) but I miss the fun quirky creative shows like this and Jane the virgin etc. where it’s clearly just them having fun with wacky plots and the show being heavily stylized. I want fun TV back instead of 8 hour movies!!! submitted by /u/JamesWatchesTV

How much is too much? I’m 19, working, trying to understand a couple of things. Hello everybody. I’m a 19 years old guy living in Europe. I consider myself as a pretty decent saver. A bit more about my situation: I live at home, with my parents. I started working in the family business around mid September after graduating high school. We work in the clothing business, we produce and sell knitwear (mixed cashmere, wool, cot…

Rolling over negative equity into something much older. I recently bought a 22 Mazda 3 Hatch for about 22k. Only had around 9k miles on it. But after having it for a few months, I’m realizing that I kinda just want something significantly cheaper. Something older to get me from point A to B. Add in some Apple car play, and that’s all I need. I’m upside down around 4K. I understand that this isn’t the…

I waste so much time with this “setup.” How can it be better but efficient? I take a photo on my phone, adjust the hell out of the white balance to get as perfect of a solid white background as possible using the phone’s camera app, upload it to my site to usually find it’s not perfectly solid white. Repeat usually 4+ times until I get it right. Ideally I would like to turn this into a 1 photo affair with quick uploadi…

How much of Star Trek: TNG is mandatory for the third season? Just curious as personally I don’t mind watching the first two seasons as I just saw the infamous Code of Honor episode as while I kind of understand why that particular episode gets a bit of flack, I feel the duel at the end of the episode made it worth watching. So as this is my first time watching The Next Generation, I know the show improves…

Should I spend this much on rent? I am currently living in a HCOL city and looking to move into my own apartment. I found a place for $2,200 per month, with heat and utilities included (so would only be paying additional for Wi-Fi).
