Smoke meatloaf Smoked meatloaf 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp Parsley 1/8 cup Cheddar, 1/8 cup mozzarella 1/8 cup grated Parmesan 1 eggs 2 Tbsp Worcestershire 1 lb ground beef 1 lb ground pork Smoke about an hour at 230-265 until internal temp is ~155° submitted by /u/Gothicjb

Bacon-wrapped Chipotle Meatloaf I was gifted a bunch of dried chipotles from work. I rehydrated them, made a marinade with those and some garlic cloves, green onion, and some spices.
