Should I use a mat for these?

Should I use a mat for these? I might be entering these in an art show but I’m not sure if I should use a mat or not? Also need to figure out possible prices for them? I’ve never sold any photos before so I’m not sure how that works. submitted by /u/Key_Illustrator_7691

Not sure if right sub, but I need this settled! My bf thinks a shoe tray doubles as a door mat, he steps on the tray to take shoes off/on and to store them. I find it inconvenient when there’s more than one pair of shoes on it leaving no room to stand. Do we need a door mat?
