Best lip gloss or lip stick for chapped lips? I like the look of lip gloss and lip stick but my lips always get chapped when I wear it. Lipstick doesn’t stick to my inner lip & it shows My bottom lip protrudes a bit so that the inner lip shows & when I apply my lipstick, it looks like I need to reapply.
