Scanners that can send photos to cloud/iphone without needing a computer?

Scanners that can send photos to cloud/iphone without needing a computer? In search of a photo scanner under $150 that I don’t need a computer to use. I just need to get the photos onto my phone so any with the scan to cloud feature would work, I just can’t seem to find one that I’m sure doesn’t need a computer connection to operate. It’s for some film photos I’ve taken. submitted by /u/M00nperson
