LPT: I am on a 24 hour flight, currently on the last leg (8 hours), what can I do to make the next 8-10 hours easy on my body? Hey! I haven’t slept since I started which was ~15 hours ago. I have another 8 hours to go, I don’t think I will be able to sleep in the last flight either. What can I do to make my experience better for the next 10 hours? submitted by /u/quite–average
