Customers not happy with return shipping costs

Customers not happy with return shipping costs I know I’ve seen in the past when doing my own shopping some companies will give the option to add $5 for return shipping as a kind of insurance. I can’t remember any of those companies now though and I want to see what they do. Can anyone remember any??? submitted by /u/tiredandshort

Think I nailed it, the customer was more than happy with them. I do wish I got the skateboard more in frame, we were having hard time with the board. It was a cheap target board so it wouldn’t go very fast or far without him losing his balance, the wheels and trucks were made of plastic. submitted by /u/Bdilla810
