Is 36k shutter count on a Nikon D3400 good? Or is it high?

Is 36k shutter count on a Nikon D3400 good? Or is it high? I got a great deal on a Nikon D3400, though I’m a bit worried on it’s shutter count. I’ve been doing photography for only a year but never bought a used camera before; and never reached 35k+ shutter count. So I’m afraid I might experience shutter failure and all of my money will go to waste. submitted by /u/SShiwo

Looking for advice on a lens. Is zoom a good option in my case?

Looking for advice on a lens. Is zoom a good option in my case? Currently shooting family and portraits on a AZIV w/ 35mm GM. My 35mm lens is practically glued to my camera-it’s the only lens I own! Am I crazy for considering the 24-70mm GM? I’d love the versatility of a zoom lens, but I’m really happy with how the 35mm performs. Would having both be overkill? I got an 85mm for Xmas and the return window is …

Recommendations for a good quality camera?

Recommendations for a good quality camera? Hey all, I’m fortunate to live and work in quite a rural area that is perfect for birdwatching. A hobby I have recently began to enjoy. As I sit here, trying to photograph a heron eating a small fish from a local river, my 10x/30x phone camera zoom just isn’t doing it justice. Any recommendations for something standalone that will produce good r…

What are good all around lenses for a Canon R7? Hello! I am planning on buying a Canon R7 for the main purpose of birding, and am thinking of a RF 100-400mm lens for that purpose. What style is No Good Deed and Shrinking?

What style is No Good Deed and Shrinking? First of all, I hate both of these shows with a passion but I’m trying to figure out why. It has great actors who I love, but there’s some about them both I can’t stand. I never laugh. The music is bland, the characters all seem unrealistic to me, everyone seems the same with this sardonic tone, no one is funny…I can’t be the only one. su…
