Flake free tubing mascara recommendations please! I’ve really wanted to try a good tubing mascara after hearing great things. I stated with the Elf Xtender and hated it— made my lashes feel dry and itchy and completely flakes off. I want a tubing mascara that will make my eye lashes feel wispy and soft without flaking.
