Is FineArts America not available in the Philippines? Attempting to open an independent account but the website is saying that it can’t send text message on my local phone number. Tried on mobile version and also failed. I don’t understand if I’m doing something wrong or it’s just that ITC’s not open for foreign artists yet submitted by /u/Illustrious-Pop-4541
