Pocket wifi in Japan, what has been your experience? Going to Japan for 10 days, then going to HKG for 4 days then back to Japan for a month. Planning to get the pocket wifi, but do I have to return it when I go to HKG, or can I keep it and just return when I finally leave Japan? I rather pay for the whole time, instead of having to return it, then checking it out again. Posted in Japan Travel, bu…

What was your Zip Air experience like? I always wanted to try business class. I am traveling Asia and my last destination is Tokyo, so I am actually considering Narita to SFO using Zip Air Full Flat business seat. I don’t really care about food/water so I thought this would be perfect. For those who tried Zip Air (whether it was biz class or not), how was your experience like? I don…
Anyone Have Experience with this? Flightright (getting you compensation) Anyone have any experience with this? Apparently they press the airlines to get your compensation for cancelled flights, etc and only take a commission if they win. https://www.flightright.com/landing-page/5-steps-toward-compensation submitted by /u/Marlzzz
First bad experience with Airbnb I’ve never had a bad experience with Airbnb, up until recently. Well, there was always the usual deception from when an accomodation that looks great in pictures turns out to be actually really mediocre, but my last experience makes me wonder if I really want to keep booking with them. Without further ado, here’s the story. I’m leaving out some …
What is unique to Thailand, so we should definetly experience/buy it while we’re there? What should we definitely experience/buy when we’re there? We’ve heard coffee, food, massage and beaches! But is Thailand also known for tea- should we go to a tea plantation? Isn’t Thai dance famous? Thanks for advice! submitted by /u/morganselah
What’s your experience in starting a community? Was it worth it? I’m thinking of starting one and wanted to get some first hand experience from people who’ve done it submitted by /u/TrickPassenger8213
My recent (positive) experience with Level / Iberia I just completed a round trip flight from LAX to BCN last week with Level with my partner and a friend. We all bought the Light option, which doesn’t include picking seats, carry-ons, or meals. I was reading reviews online and saw these horror stories so I expected the worst – even reading that they don’t provide water on the plane. I was pleasa…
Is anyone selling to Verishop? Whats your experience? Looking into onboarding with them, and wondering if anyone has any experience with Verishop. I read a bunch of great publicity pieces about them, saw some bad customer reviews, and checked out brands that sell on the platform – brands looked okay. If you are selling to Verishop please share if is it worth the subscription and time invested. Mod…

What are shows that did one twist too many and soured your viewing experience? Hi. Hope you’re doing well. Most shows I have watched are relatively straightforward and logical and the twists in the show enhance the experience. But sometimes the writers or network may get too excited and eventually one huge twist kinda ruins the experience. But which shows do you think did one too many twists that came across as cheap or me…
My experience on my emergency fund Back in May I lost my tech industry job and I was unemployed until fairly recently. I own my home and had just committed a large amount of money to necessary home repairs (water leak causing mold that needed remediation), so I entered unemployment with a thin emergency fund (just under $10k). This required expense analysis, and my monthly expens…
What is your scariest experience while traveling and where did it happen? For me it must have been getting caught up in a gangshooting in New Orleans, USA submitted by /u/oezzz
My first try at taking photos with my a6400, looking for a feedback from people with more experience (you guys😄) than me. So I bought a Sony a6400 with 16-50 kit lens a month ago and almost immediately went for a vacation and did a bunch of photos. So this is a first try to shoot photos seriously and I want to listen for your opinions. Thanks! submitted by /u/GentleDeery
The Shield S1 was a really enjoyable experience after 20 years since it released. The writing was great and most episodes did have a sense of Shock Value attached to them. Michael Chiklis, CCH Pounder, Benito Martinez just have a nice chemistry and tension as characters between them. It is worth noting that it came out at the same time as The Wire, but the tone of The Shield and the different topics as a Police show has got …
