Paying earnest money/option fee to a title company. I know wire fraud.. is there anything to watch out for? Apparently there’s an app I can pay the title company my earnest money. I’ve heard of all the wire fraud scams out there that look like they’re coming from the agent/title company. Should I be worried? Or is this now common and fine to pay? submitted by /u/monkeyman80
