What’s the difference between being financially responsible and being “cheap”?
What’s the difference between being financially responsible and being “cheap”? I’ve recently begun digging myself out of debt and paying it down, and I’ve found that I’m now terrified of spending virtually any money, for fear that I’ll buy things impulsively and drain my bank account on things I don’t need. This has me wondering the question I ask in the title. Does being financially responsible mean not spending any money…
