C-Stands with grip head and arms? Is it standard to have C-stands with grip arms when attaching a light? I mostly just put my light on the C-stand itself. if I need a boom, I use a boom arm. Often, whenever I see C-stands in studios, the light is attached to a grip arm. Is there a real purpose or just convenience? submitted by /u/jngphoto
