Snow Crab Fettuccine Alfredo Was gifted a few pounds of Opilio “Snow” Crab legs from a friend. Always wanted to make this despite all the work. Did some hand made noodles and Alfredo sauce with some nice aged cheese to kick it up a notch. Tossed the pulled crab in lemon juice, sav blanc and farmers butter. LPT: Use a Black Light to help pick thru fresh shelled crab. When you are using fresh crab and you need to pick thru it to find little pieces of shell and cartilage. Shine a black light on the crab and the little bits of shell and cartilage will glow making them easy to remove. submitted by /u/FromTheOtherSideOfL
