Newbie tips for content creation for a company?

Newbie tips for content creation for a company? Hi all, I am a retail lead of a “small” clothing company. I say small because although we generate 100M+ a year in revenue, we’re not a corporation and we have no investors and are owned by 1 person. Anyway, we have 2 instagrams and one of them is only for our store as a lot of our sales are online. The responsibility for running the retail inst…

eDreams is a terrible company

eDreams is a terrible company I normally never book through third parties, but the LATAM website is fucked and haven’t been able to book for weeks. eDream is the worst customer service process I’ve ever experienced. I ended up calling their hotline and they still insisted that I need to pay the fee because that’s their “process.” I don’t blame the service workers, they are j…

Where should I create my company? Hey guys, I am based in the UK and am currently running a business that sells digital products. Mortgage Company and Real Estate Taxes – late again!

Mortgage Company and Real Estate Taxes – late again! Hi all! We moved into a new house last year. Our mortgage company cuts a check to the county for real estate taxes every six months. The mortgage company “purportedly” sends out the real estate check two weeks before the county due date (even though the county sends out a bill over a month in advance). First time around, since two weeks was not …

Weird company ESPP with 5-year lock-in

Weird company ESPP with 5-year lock-in My company is launching an ESPP but the terms don’t line up with those I find online for this type of plan. The biggest difference appears to be a crazy long lock-in period of 5 years. Employees purchase the stock right away at a rebate of 20% of an already set reference price and then hold it for 5 years. There is also a much higher contributio…

RSU considerations for a public company that might go private About 15% of my total compensation is in RSUs, but the company is considering going private. I am trying to figure out all the considerations that would influence a decision to sell all vested shares now or wait for the buyout of my vested shares. My current understanding (after reading about Twitter) is that when a company goes private, the sha…
