LPT – When you are younger, say HS and College, try to get jobs in contractor and landscaping work. When you have a house one day, you will save a ton of money by being able to do things yourself. As a new homeowner, I wish I had some of these skills already developed. I’d even go as far as taking classes now to learn these skills.
