What’s a good system to forecast profit based on cogs + ads? We sell of 5 channels, tiktok being the biggest. We assemble some of our items while other we buy in bulk. I want to have a dashboard I can check daily that forecasts my profit based on channel sales, cogs, ad spend. We are using excel but its a lot of manual work. Building Shopify Transaction Fees into COGS? How do y’all do it? I’m used to developing an MSRP (and wholesale prices) based on all expenses accrued per unit before it is purchased (COGS).
