What’s a good system to forecast profit based on cogs + ads? We sell of 5 channels, tiktok being the biggest. We assemble some of our items while other we buy in bulk. I want to have a dashboard I can check daily that forecasts my profit based on channel sales, cogs, ad spend. We are using excel but its a lot of manual work.
