First attempt at Chicago Style Pizza!! The only thing I would change is adjust the sauce slightly from the recipe. I used 100 percent canned crushed tomatoes. Next time I will do 50/50 with fresh roasted tomatoes. Also needs a hair more suger as it was slightly acidic and maybe not reduce it as much. The dough was spot on!!
