LPT : If you want to lower the amount of time you use your phone, stop using fast charging. If you switch to the slowest possible charging methods for your phone then over time you’ll have to get used to just using your phone less to not drain the battery or else be forced to camp next to the charger (use a shorter cable if you wanna make it harder to do this). This will generally never affect anything in your life outside of home too…
