CDG 2F to 2E Arrivals

CDG 2F to 2E Arrivals I am arriving in Paris with a friend, but we are arriving at 2 different terminals, me on 2F vs 2E. I arrive 1 hour earlier, will it be logistically possibly, for me to walk to her side and wait for at some restaurant or anything and then share a taxi? submitted by /u/Ill_Aspect2234

Serious question: is there a worse airport than CDG?

Serious question: is there a worse airport than CDG? I’m traditionally kind of an airline apologist – all things considered it’s pretty wild we can hop on a rocket and cross the globe in a day, and there are certainly worse things than difficult travel logistics. But is there a worse overall airport than CDG? I’ve traveled quite a bit but every 5-6 years I fall into the “it isn’t as bad as I remem…

Overnight layover at Paris CDG

Overnight layover at Paris CDG Hey guys, I’ll go to Paris via road and it’s going to be an exhausting car ride for sure. I don’t really have other options since I’m flying with a dog and no airlines close to my location accepted him because of his breed. The journey to Paris will take roughly 16 hours. I’ll arrive by midnight – I couldn’t arrange a later transfer, since my o…

CDG Lounge or Hotel 6 Hour Layover

CDG Lounge or Hotel 6 Hour Layover Flying into CDG for a 6 hours layover this coming week and unsure what the best option would be. Right now it shows we fly in 2e and fly out of 2f. I see the only option is an Air France Lounge which I might be able to get in for $75 or if I am lucky I might be able to pay for an upgrade from Premium Econ to Business. My question is does it mak…

Dear God, CDG is horrible

Dear God, CDG is horrible There are currently 2 passport officers in all of Terminal 1 and all the automatic gates are closed. I’ve been in line an hour and have moved forward maybe 15 ft in the line. Definitely never flying out of here again! Take a train to another city to fly out of. It really is not worth it. submitted by /u/ToWriteAMystery

Isit just me or is CDG the worst airport?

Isit just me or is CDG the worst airport? Just flew back to the US from Zagreb with a change in planes from Croatia Airlines to Air France. Our boarding pass said Gate M-41. It dud not say which gate or terminal we were arriving nor which Terminal gate M-41 was located. Mind you, my wife and I are 65 and seasoned travelers and both can read French. No board with flights. No one to greet…

Air France CDG transit visa dilemma

Air France CDG transit visa dilemma Here’s a breakdown of my situation. I purchased a ticket on the Air France website from Atlanta to Abu Dhabi with a couple of hours of correspondence in Paris. I don’t understand the hate for CDG. I’m currently waiting several hundred kilometers from the main terminal to board from the M gates at terminal 2E. I don’t understand why travelers dislike this airport! Train + Air at CDG, are 2h enough?

Train + Air at CDG, are 2h enough? I’m flying internationally and bought a Train + Air ticket directly with KLM/Air France. When I bought it, I saw it included a train ride and didn’t mind flying out of Paris. However, I’ve just realised my train arrives at CDG 2h before my non-EU flight. Who designed the shop layout at CDG?? Got to CDG a bit early, had about 1.5 hours to kill before my flight home after getting through security.
