Steak dinner with roasted carrots, potatoes, & broccoli. I love vacation cooking. Cooking & eating dry aged steak (New York Strip), it compliment the roasted veggies perfectly. We are out of town on vacation and enjoy cooking our food, saving money even with more expensive meals such as steak (compared to eating out at restaurants).
