Leg day and cardio

Leg day and cardio Is a 40min walk on a normal pace gonna fatigue my muscles before the workout? I always have the easiest way to complete my daily steps by just walking to my gym and going back but I’m afraid it hurts my exercise , tho I don’t feel it really tires me.. submitted by /u/Sensitive_Caramel948

LPT Request: what’s the best way to get in daily cardio for those who hate cardio?

LPT Request: what’s the best way to get in daily cardio for those who hate cardio? Fwiw, I detest cardio, but love lifting. It gets my heart rate up, but not consistently enough to promote heart health I think. I love to mountain bike, but can only do so depending on the weather and season. What do you do that doesn’t feel like cardio, but is, and can be done daily? submitted by /u/canconfirmamrug
