Pennoni Rigati Carbonara . I prefer short pasta as Carbonara, but couldn’t get Rigatoni at short notice, so went with some nice Pennoni, which has the correct ridges and texture. Some Carbonara I made It took me three tries to get it right. First time it curdled, second time was too wet and not thick. But the third time was a charm. The cream stuck to each noodle. I love a clean looking plate. Let me know what yall think. submitted by /u/SumguyIkn0
