I’ve been taking the bus a bit recently and saw someone pull the paired seats apart this way. I’ve been able to do it a couple times since then. If it can, there’s a lever on the side by the aisle that you pull then slide the seat towards the aisle. It may take a bit of force to get it to move. submitted by /u/jkmhawk
