Moved into a new build, where all (walls, baseboards, trim, doors) were white. After almost two years of mulling, I finally decided to do contrast trim. Love the concept of contrast trim! Baseboards? I have an A-frame cabin in rehabbing and a little unsure how I should go with baseboards given the slanted walls. Should I go very minimal (maybe just quarter rounds) or regular baseboards- I assume wood stained would fit best but would love thoughts submitted by /u/momoru

LPT: caulk around the bottom of the baseboards of the room your water heater is in. That way if it leaks, it causes less damage to other areas. My friend, a plumber by trade, offered me this excellent advice. submitted by /u/nomanknowsme
