Yoga / meditation / ayurveda / panchakarma retreat in india or sri lanka Hi, I’m going to India and Sri lanka for a few months. Can anyone recommend a good yoga retreat that they have been on? Ideally a combination of yoga, meditation, relaxing, good food and learning about yoga theory. Alternatively I am also considering a panchakarma detox retreat.
