LPT: If you use a Wear OS smartwatch and a maps app on Android, set the location permissions on your phone to “allow all the time”. Otherwise it will just stop when the phone locks. Location usage on Android gets suspended in the background, i.e. when you lock the device. So in order to have your smartwatch still work as expected and continue to give you directions, set the permissions on the phone to “allow all the time” as opposed to “Allow only while using the app”.
