Which semi-private tours to Shala River, Albania you can recommend starting in Skhöder? Me (F, 20) and my boyfriend (M, 23) are going to Albania for a little over a week. We’ve planned out an entire roadtrip and already booked our B&B’s. We have booked 3 nights in Skhöder and since we’re arriving late at night the first day and leaving early on the last day, we have 2 full days in Skhöder. Now, my sister went last year and said tha…

traveled by bus from Kosovo into Albania and there was no passport control at the border. Will I have trouble getting to Greece from Albania? I believe there is a new agreement between Kosovo and Albania cutting border checks between the two (should only apply to nationals of the two countries) but I was on a intercity bus Pristina-Tirana and the bus didn’t stop at the border at all. Is this going to cause me a headache moving on? submitted by /u/ReginaBlitz

Is first week of October too late for a beach holiday in Albania? It looks like it will be _warm_ enoug…

I’m a dual USA + NZ citizen; USA resident. I have travel planned for Albania, England, and Germany. Is there any reason /not/ to use my USA passport? I think it makes the most sense to be using the passport of my place of residence which I can imagine avoiding weirdness around my home address not matching my passport country, and honestly that the USA international apparatus (embassies etc.) is far more robust than NZ’s. That being said, am I missing any obvious reasons to use my NZ passport …
