Long term disability at age 24 TLDR: my sister is 24 and was diagnosed 2 years ago with an incredibly rare disease. Her lifespan may be normal (not a lot of research though said disease is associated with sudden cardiac death) but she has extreme fatigue and has been advised to go on long term disability as working is detrimental to her health.
