What to do if I accidentally gave out my SSN?

What to do if I accidentally gave out my SSN? I sent an form over to an old apartment complex I used to live in a few years ago but I accidentally sent them the wrong form which had my SSN on it. I honestly can’t remember if I ever gave them my SSN when I rented there. I don’t know how worried I should be or what to do now. submitted by /u/blairthecat1323
