LPT: Limit the volume on your earbuds and headphones to 70 decibels or less. Both iPhone and Android have settings to allow this. Just a few hours at 85 decibels or above can cause permanent hearing loss. And tinnitus is something you don’t want for the rest of your life. Do yourself a favor.
