I have these four light fixtures at the top of my vaulted ceiling. I want to hang pendant lights from them, but screw the cords directly into the light sockets, and let them hang down. I searched Google, Amazon, Home Depot etc but found nothing. Anyone know how to buy lights like this?

Indoor Fountain I bought a house that needed a lot of work and now that we are in the final stages of the remodel, this last space is in need of something. It was a fountain at one point, now it’s just an open space that needs purpose. This is the entry to the house, right as you walk in the front doors. It does not get any natural sunlight. Stairwell wall and banister

Stairwell wall and banister Just refinished my stairwell with hardwood hickory and white walls. The chandelier is being changed out next. Two questions: Is the stairwell wall too empty? Any suggestions on the banister? It’s an old (70’s) oak and pine, dark stained banister. It would be almost impossible to sand&stain in-position and if I’m taking it out… It’s probably no…

Kitchen Lighting Help. Without false ceiling.

Kitchen Lighting Help. Without false ceiling. I’ve only ever lived in homes with a single overhead light (‘big light’) in each room. After reading about layered lighting, I’m trying to implement this concept in our new place. We’re looking for suggestions on how to light our kitchen space. Would love help figuring out the space planning for our new living room, which of these three make the most sense? Hey there! Me and my family bought a house recently for our family of five and are renovating from scratch. The living room is currently mostly empty as we’re using our previous living room sofa and furniture for a TV corner downstairs (where the bedrooms are), so we’re faced with a blank canvas – both exciting and somewhat overwhelming! It’s a …
