Why don’t customers read return policies. I noticed some customers don’t and after I sell an expensive piece of lighting there’s a restocking fee and than some of em get mad. Luckily it’s only some people In the lighting niche it’s an industry standard that about 20 – 50 % suppliers have a 20% restocking fee for returns.
