Bbq chicken, mac n cheese (roux, cheddar, mozz, muenster, prosciutto, jalapeño, charred (burnt!) bread crumbs), kale greens w/ prosciutto and sautéed shallots and lemonade. Was supposed to have company over, didn’t work out, made it anyway. Most flavorful meal I’ve ever made!
