Is there any recourse with TSA if they confiscate an item they shouldn’t have? I had a mario power up band taken out of my checked luggage last week. There’s no battery or anything in it that would be prohibited in checked baggage. Is this normal to be charged this much for 3 simple items in Mauritius? I’m staying at the Lux Grande Gaube and it’s beautiful with excellent service. I went and bought 3 items from the shop that were sunscreen, after sun and a lip balm.
