Light or dark feminine?
Light or dark feminine? I'm always torn between which look fits best! I like the way a dark water line lifts the eyes but I also feel like my face ends up looking longer? While with a lighter waterline it brightens my eyes. But then again, I also want to give a "s3xy" look sometimes
