Pay off the house or Invest? I now only have my mortgage which is a 30 year loan but my interest is only 4.99 apr I know 30 year loans are interest heavy in the beginning, so should I pay it down halfway and then invest or keep paying as usual? We can stay here as long as we need to, if we move we plan to pay in full of get a minimal amout financed from saving. Given the ...
