How do I address what seem to be exorbitant expense ratios on my 401k? I own a small business and used Edward Jones to set up a 401k for myself and my employees. I'm just now learning about expense ratios for 401k funds. Looking at my current funds, I'm seeing expense ratios around 1.5% for American Funds.
